Shipping & Return Policy

  • Refunds only on damaged or defective products.
  • Shelf wear on used items and packaging imperfections will not be considered damage and will not be given a refund.
  • No refunds on shipping costs for damaged items.
  • Shipped items that are missing or delayed will not be refunded until 30 days after shipping date.
  • Refunds can be issued as replacement item, store credit or back to original payment method.
  • All items in an order will ship together, any pre-orders will be held until release date.
